Exercise and wellness benefits

Remember to make the most of your wellness benefits!

You can use your benefits on-site or purchase a value card remotely, directly online.
Massage benefits can be used for massage, osteopathy, and physiotherapy services.
Exercise benefits can be used for personal training services.

At Flexus, you can use your Smartum, ePassi, and Edenred wellness benefits.

Please note: wellness benefits cannot be used for direct payments in our online store.
Important: wellness benefits can only be used to purchase value cards.
See below for instructions on how to use your massage and exercise benefits remotely with Flexus.

Smartum

Smartum Massage Benefit:

  1. Open the Smartum app. Enter the amount you wish to use and select "Flexus Verkkokauppa" as the point of sale.

  2. The next time you visit any of our locations, your receipt will be verified, and we will create a value card for you. Easy!

​

If you’d like to receive your value card code right away, simply email us your payment receipt as an attachment, along with your full name and phone number. We will manually create your value card in our system and send the code to your email.

Smartum Exercise Benefit:

  1. Enter the amount you wish to use and select "Flexus Fysio Haaga" as your exercise location.

  2. The next time you visit any of our locations, your receipt will be verified, and we will create a value card for you.

If you’d like to receive your value card code right away, simply email us your payment receipt as an attachment, along with your full name and phone number. We will manually create your value card in our system and send the code to your email.

You can also use the value card to pay for only part of the service you use.

ePassi
